The product is eligible for a 12-month warranty period, and you can ask for free repairs within this period. However, you may be subject to paid repairs even within the warranty period in the following cases.
Warranty Excluded Items

Incorrect initial installations that require reinstallation

Reinstallations upon the customer’s request

Issues caused by reinstallations due repositioning or moving the product

Cleaning and removing foreign substances or dust inside the product

In case of malfunctions due to careless handling or inappropriate repairs by the customer

In case of faults or reinstallations resulting from the incorrect use of gas, pressure, or electric capacity
07
In case of malfunctions due to the use of foreign supplies not approved by our company
08
In case of product damage or functional failures caused by external impacts during installation and use
09
Malfunctions arising from failing to adhere to the “precautions” in the user manual
10
In case of malfunctions due to natural disasters (lightning, fire, wind, and flood damage, gas, salt damage, earthquakes, etc.)

When the life cycles of the consumable parts have ended
12
If the stir-fry pot requires recoating
